Staff Wellbeing

Having previously worked as a Clinical Lead Psychologist in the NHS in a Staff Support and Wellbeing Service for Health & Social Care staff, I am very passionate about ensuring that staff are well and thrive at work.

Staff wellbeing is the backbone of a healthy, thriving workplace and support for staff can have positive ripple effects on the whole environment.

Unfortunately, healthcare workers face increased stress and burnout, exacerbated by the pandemic. Prolonged stress significantly harms overall wellbeing and can lead to burnout.

My own health challenges and experience with burnout have deepened my empathy and understanding of the struggles staff face in balancing health issues at work with productivity.

When we are in a caring role, we often self-sacrifice, putting others needs ahead of our own. But in order to take care of others we need to start by taking care of ourselves.

I want to offer my support and guidance, knowing first-hand the importance of compassionate care and effective strategies in overcoming such challenges. I have helped many staff members navigate the intricacies of stress, self-care and resilience and start to prioritise their own health. If you are experiencing work-related stress and/or personal difficulties impacting on your work, I am here to help.

I am passionate about helping staff be well, stay well, and thrive at work. My mission is to support employees in maintaining their mental, emotional, and physical health, and achieve a fulfilling work-life balance.

It’s time to put YOU first!
